T is for Triump and Victory

Spear of the God Tir

Although associated with conflict due to its warlike overtones; it was traditonally carved on to the swords of warriors as an invocation to Tir. In a modern context this Rune actually is more attuned to the ideas of competitiveness, motivation and strength of will; attributes required in business - the new battlefield! Tir was also the god of justice and honour so this Rune can indicate dealings of a legal nature, as much as victory through struggle.
